Katie Robicheaux

Katie Robicheaux
Head Dressage Trainer

Katie has been a professional in the dressage industry for the last 10 years.  

She has worked for top dressage riders such as Michelle Gibson, Ashley Holzer and Anne van Olst.  While working and learning from these riders, she continued to train and develop her own horses. 

In Holland she competed in multiple Pavo Cups (one of the premier championships for young dressage horses) and she represented the USA at the World Young Horse Championships. In 2015 Katie earned her Gold Medal through the USDF and had top placings at Grand Prix with Cindy Dix’s Picasso Bleu (Pablo). With her own horse, Avignon, who she has trained since he was three, Katie was Champion in the Prix St. George East Coast Rider’s Cup and the Region 8 Fourth Level Open Champion. 

For the past couple of years Katie worked as the assistant trainer to US Pan Am Gold Medalist Heather Blitz until moving in to the Head Trainer position at Cutler Farm. She continues to train under her mentors Mary Wanless and Heather Blitz and is committed to continually furthering her education as a rider and a trainer.

Katie has a keen eye for rider bio-mechanics. She enjoys teaching riders of all levels and specializes in building rider confidence and helping to “demystify” the building blocks of proper dressage riding and training.

Vincent Bailleul

Vincent brings 15 years of professional equine care and management experience, including working with the 2012 Olympic champion, Hickstead.

He began his career at a breeding farm in France.  Here, he started young horses from the ground giving them the confidence and courage to carry a rider as well as managing their physical care to keep them in top form.

 From here, Vincent entered the world of show jumping.  He traveled throughout Europe at top jumping competitions eventually leading him to his first season at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) in Wellington, Florida.

Vincent worked for Eric Lamaze (Torry Pines Stable) for several years becoming head groom and stable manager for 75 show horses. He has also managed the horses for such top jumping riders as Mario Deslauriers and Rodrigo Pessoa.

Vincent is currently heading up the jumper program at L’Acadiane Equine at Cutler Farm. In 2015 he and Bali were the Champions at the Norfolk Hunt 1.10 Jumper Classic. He and is students can be found competing on the New England Jumper circuit throughout the season. He is also in demand for starting young horses of any discipline and rehabbing horses that are coming back from injury and/or time off.

 

DonnaDonna Cameron

An avid dressage rider and active member of the dressage community, Donna Cameron has taken Cutler Farm to new levels by incorporating her passion for health and wellness and developing a top notch equestrian training facility that has all the services and amenities it takes for its riders to be in top form physically and mentally.  Donna has owned and ridden many champion horses and is a USDF Bronze Medalist, Westphalen Horse Society Vintage Cup Champion, and Charles River Dressage Association Adult Amateur Champion. 

When not in the saddle, Donna is a corporate healthcare lawyer with a subspecialty in equine law. She is actively involved in the dressage and local equine communities, and is a former member of the New England Dressage Association (NEDA) Board of Directors and a current member of NEDA’s Audit and Finance Committee. She is a Board Member of the Chesapeake Dressage Institute and has previously served as a Board Member of the Charles River Dressage Association.

Meredith’s passion is helping riders to get the most out of their time in the saddle by enhancing their physical and technical training with skills that promote mental toughness and clarity. She comes to this work as a life-long rider herself, who has competed to the Advanced Level in Eventing and has obtained her Silver Medal in Dressage.

After obtaining an advanced degree in clinical social work at Smith College School for Social Work, Meredith has developed a thriving private practice that uses both traditional and holistic techniques to help riders find a sense of mastery, pride, and accomplishment in their time in the saddle.

Ben Silver, Cutler FarmBen Silver
Muscle System Specialist, MAT Practitioner

Ben Silver has become an integral part of our team providing revolutionary bodywork for our riders.

Ben’s primary focus is on improving muscle health and function, promoting orthopedic integrity, and body re-composition changes due to exercise. He has travelled (and continues to travel) throughout the country to study biomechanics, anatomy, and neuroscience extensively as they relate to human movement and exercise.

He works with a diverse group of clients ranging from retirees to collegiate and competitive athletes, runners, physique competitors, equestrians, dancers and people who have lost their exercise options due to nagging injuries or pain.

Ben has the distinction of being a Muscle Activation Techniques Master Level Specialists. He is currently attending the MAT Rx3 internship in Denver and is preparing to test for the Resistance Training Specialist program mastery exam. Ben founded Boston Biomechanics and can be seen at Cutler Farm or at his Boston office.
